Previously Founder, CEO and Janitor of VR studio Owlchemy Labs, creators of the triple-platform launch title Job Simulator (HTC Vive, Oculus Touch, and PlayStation VR) as well as Rick and Morty VR. Grew Owlchemy from 1-person to 23-person team over 7 years and led the Google acquisition in 2017.

I'm passionate about knowledge sharing and have had the opportunity to keynote conferences around the world evangelizing VR and sharing lessons learned. Speaker at DICE, GDC, PAX, Unite, Oculus Connect, Steam Dev Days, and many more.

In my 'spare' time I advise VRDC/XRDC, DICE Awards, BAFTA Game Awards and SXSW VR, as well as co-founding various developer community groups including VR Austin and Boston Unity Group.

I wear many hats (design, biz-dev, code, janitorial services). I started as a AAA Technical Artist but transitioned to design, production, partner management, and running / building companies. Problem solving is my greatest strength, as well as smoking meats and juggling.
